C5102

Standard

JIS DIN EN ASTM/UNS/CDA GB/T
C5102 CuSn5 CuSn5 / CW451K C51000 /

Merit

CuSn5 provides an excellent combination of strength, excellent formability and hardness. It has a good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Soldering and brazing properties are excellent. The temperature stability of this alloy allows application even at elevated service temperatures. Thermal relaxation is negligible at 100 °C and acceptable up t o 120 °C.

Applications

Stamped parts, Connectors, Contact springs, Spring elements, Ultra high strength spring elements, Membranes, Switch elements, Fixed contacts.
