Merit
This alloy belongs to work hardening alloys, with a heat resistance temperature about 100 ℃ higher than phosphor bronze, and a conductivity about 40% to 50% higher than brass and phosphor bronze. It has excellent high-temperature creep resistance and excellent stamping formability. It has better stress relaxation resistance and corrosion cracking resistance than phosphor bronze. Good conductivity can replace tin phosphorus bronze in many situations.
Applications
Mainly used in electronic and electrical connectors, connectors, switch parts, terminal components, sliding plates, clips, etc
