Merit
This bronze alloy with 6 % tin is characterized by its adequate electrical conductivity, cold formability,its high mechanical strength and its good spring properties. CuSn6 is resilient towards corrosion and is well suited for soldering. It even provides reasonable thermal stability.
Applications
Stamped parts, Connectors, Contact springs, Spring elements, Ultra high strength spring elements, Membranes, Switch elements, Fixed contacts,etc.
